(Just one moment)

A hundred queer anarchist criminals turned a golf course into a public sex forest.

Blue flashing lights pass by, oblivious to our collective trespass. A hole in the fence, hotties passing through, passing into each other. A new world cums into being, a rupture on the leisure pastures of the rich. Cruising utopia, at least for a night. Queers writhing over each other, defiling one another. Sweet melodies accompany soft caresses, the sound of piss gurgling beside a couple kissing. Determined fuckers splayed out on tarps. The line between criminality and sensuality? Sorry she’s not in tonight.

We perverted Chicago’s Marovitz golf course, had a great night doing it. Imagine the next day, a confounded golfer cautiously lifting a damp towel between two fingers, realizing all at once, their eyes passing over the sex litter drying on the sunny green.

We did this for ourselves, but also to express solidarity with the intractable freaks who held down the Weelaunee forest. Since the very first fiery attacks carried out by queers in defense of that place, we’ve laughed and cried and raged with our feral siblings. If we only defend, we end up with our backs against the wall. All it takes is some boltcutters, encrypted messaging, and trusted friends to open up new fronts in the war for the wild. No more empty rhetoric around ‘territorial struggle’ without a total re-imagining of the terrain. We carved the chaos star into the sand bunker to remind that the forest is a propulsive utopia, spreading in all directions!

Anarchist comrade Toby Shone abducted by armed cops and sent back to prison (UK)!

Toby Shone is an anarchist who was imprisoned in Wandsworth, Bristol and G4S Prison Parc for nearly two years accused of being the administrator of counter-information project 325.nostate.net. After the political prosecution failed and the cops had to drop the case 5 days before trial in October 2021, Toby received a sentence of 3 years 9 months for possession of psychedelic medicines. He was released on 28 December 2022 under heavy restrictions (license conditions), oversight by a multi-agency team (MAPPA) including the National Security Division (counter-terror) and forced to live in a filthy bail hostel in Gloucester for 9 months. He had just moved back into a flat in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire 9 days ago.

Pont-Évêque. A transformer set on fire: criminal origin beyond a doubt
Le Dauphiné, September 12, 2023

There is no doubt that the fire which destroyed a 63,000 volt electrical transformer in Pont-Évêque on the night of Monday September 11 to Tuesday September 12 was of criminal origin.

The fire was reported at 3 a.m.: bushes along Avenue Denis-Crapon were on fire. By the time the first fire fighters had arrived, the flames had spread to an electrical transformer at the foot of a pylon supplying the Finnish paper mill Ahlstrom-Munksjö, located at in the commune on the banks of the Gère. Although the fire was quickly brought under control, Enedis staff were also called in to assess the damage.

Prisoner Lawsuit Reveals Conditions at Angola Prison Farm

Men incarcerated at Louisiana State Penitentiary filed a class-action lawsuit Saturday, contending they have been forced to work in the prison’s fields for little or no pay, even when temperatures soar past 100 degrees. They described the conditions as cruel, degrading and often dangerous.

The men, most of whom are Black, work on the farm of the 18,000-acre maximum-security prison known as Angola — the site of a former slave plantation — hoeing, weeding and picking crops by hand, often surrounded by armed guards, the suit said. If they refuse to work or fail to meet quotas, they can be sent to solitary confinement or otherwise punished, according to disciplinary guidelines.

“This labor serves no legitimate penological or institutional purpose,” the suit said. “It’s purely punitive, designed to ‘break’ incarcerated men and ensure their submission.”

It names as defendants Angola’s warden, Timothy Hooper, and officials with Louisiana’s department of corrections and its money-making arm, Prison Enterprises.

PNW Fur Industry Farms, Successful Midwest Actions

The fur industry in the Pacific Northwest is a shell of what it once was.

Since the first recorded ALF liberation at a fur farm in 1986, where 66 foxes were freed from a fox farm outside of Portland, anti-speciesists in the PNW have waged a war against the fur industry.  At least 20 farms have been visited, and over 31,000 genetically wild animals have been given a chance at freedom.  All of these animals are native to North America and can survive and thrive in the wild.
Only 5 fur farms remain in Oregon today, down from 18 in 2007. The fur farmers cite direct action, aging facilities, aging operators, and low pelt prices as the reasons.

TWO UPDATES ON THE WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN AGAINST FUR

Two main updates from the Campaign Against the Fur Trade this month.

First, the pressure is continuing against Marc Jacobs, with CAFT dishing out the numbers to call to let them know what you think of their death trade. Pressure continues outside Marc Jacobs stores to let their customers know about the suffering behind the brand. See @caftusa for details.

Second, an anonymous group released around 7,000 mink from a farm in Northumberland county, Pennsylvania, making state news. It would seem that most have not been found. Long may the mink live free <3

A Bash Back! reportback from a group of janky & rowdy queers who had a gay ol time

“Queers are marked as victims while violence is understood to be only the tool of the masters. The queer anarchist project embodied by Bash Back! Is first and foremost a refusal of victimhood and a reclamation of the violence taken from us by progressive ideology and used against us by queerbashers and the State. It was a crucial shift for Bash Back! to break with those who refused to recognize the importance of this reclamation. It served to cohere and solidify the insurrectional queer tendency around the question of violence…” ~ back cover of Queer Ultraviolence, 2012, Fray Baroque & Tegan Enelli.

Bash Back! was nothing short of the joyfully militant & orgiastically unhinged gathering it advertised itself to be– queer AF, silly, sexy & sketchy antics ensued almost every day/nite. A lot of us felt held in an urban space where there was room to be all kinds of things & ways, & not much was taboo.

We loved the topless beach party where a group of raucous queers ran off some bro fux filming & subsequently got froggy with the cops, and the “gay bloc” nite time caper that targeted Cop City supporters such as AT&T & chase bank showing solidarity with the DTF struggle by attacking these facilities which resulted in a plethora of smashed windows, graffitied walls, and smoke bombs flung into these buildings! That shit was a real gas!

Let us not forget the epic rave in a rad ramshackle squatted warehouse, where as the night dragged on, the drugs kicked in, people got wilder and looked for more things to smash & bash within and around the rave building itself; a naked homie clad only in a balaclava smashed a nearby street camera, cause fuck surveillance in general!

These are all raw & inspiring tidbits from Bash Back! that help elucidate their queer ultraviolence stance; it’s comforting to know that Bash Back! folks are not the type to leave you standing there all alone when it’s time to throw bricks through that Starbucks window.

Walgreens Redecorated; Banko Forever San Francisco

Walgreens Redecorated; Banko Forever

With the blue supermoon in Pisces illuminating our liberatory path, a squad of real ones ran up on the Walgreens where Banko Brown was murdered; we glued every single lock shut and painted the entire storefront with his name.

The militant momentum generated by collective outrage at the murder of Banko Brown had been successfully co-opted and quelled—not directly by the state, but by one of its most powerful co-conspirators: liberal counter-insurgency. Instead of riots, we got Pride parties, political parties, and non-profit fundraisers; in place of radical action, we saw protests at City Hall with members of the pro-police political aristocracy on the mic as well as liberal demands to “jail killer cops” and furnish video of the murder that we did not need to see in order to know that what was done to Banko demands of us nothing less than to fight back with everything we have.
