Support Needed At Camp Morgan (in so called northern “winnipeg”)

cambria_harris BACKUP NEEDED! COMMUNITY, ITS TIME TO RISE UP! Come stand with us at this blockade located at the Brady landfill!! Monday they're going to try to take the blockade down, as Winnipeg police service have served us a injunction asking us to take it down! Not only that... An angry settler has been spotted at camp Morgan going passed impact security, towards camp and dumped on top of a ceremonial red dress symbol with his soil as he screamed profanities at the warrior present holding the blockade down. The man who sits there with that ideology so proud with his shovel, is the same type of man that won't hesitate to murder an indigenous person because his mindset says it all! These are the same who murder our woman. My mother was TARGETED by a well known white supremist, so you can't tell me it's our own men murdering our woman. Last I checked it was your guys... He doesn't give a fuck about indigenous people, he just dumped on these woman and dress like they're trash. Why are you mad at us? Thank Heather Stefansson for this mess. We never closed the dump, we told police that back road could have stayed open, The city shut it down, not us. We simply diverted traffic We don't care if this is a waste of your time, the provincial government has been wasting our indigenous people times for decades by allowing behaviors like yours to continue to take form. It's inconvenient to leave woman in a dump and to allow the landfill to remain a gravesite, but you'll never understand. If you're supporting from afar, PLEASE keep spreading the awareness and talking about this. This is real stuff happening right now that depicts the future of how all Indigenous people get treated in this country.. this is a scary time for us all.

Support requested for the blockade at Brady landfill in Winnipeg (1777 Brady Rd, Winnipeg MB R3V 0B5, Canada)

The post above (the last image) is in reference of monday 7/10/23 and a video that is unable to be posted here but can be seen on the instagram of @/ Cambria_harris, here. The video depicts a colonizer, Kyle Klochko, dumping on top on the ceremonial red dress symbol on the way to Camp Morgan – since he has issues a forced “apology” (even though he boasted quite proudly online) after comrades gathered at his home on Elgin Ave in winnipeg.

Camp Morgan is still holding ground and calling for reinforcements to the camp to help defend against the attempts to remove the blockaid to the landfill before it is searched for more bodies of the MMIWG2S+ that are suspected to be there after the remains of Rebecca Contois were found in the landfill last year. The threat of the blockaid and camp being attacked have been rising since on 7/9/23 the city of winnipeg ordered those at the camp to vacate by noon on 7/10/23; the camp and blockaid are still standing and support is needed to ensure that it stays that way and the landfill is properly searched. Unfortunately Ellipsism has struggled to find secure networks of communication dedicated to Camp Morgan that are available for those not involved to be able to access to get involved – although, this struggle is being documented over social media and other forms of mainstream media that are accessible, just be sure to practice due caution when navigating these sources.
