Palestine Action Wreck Trump’s Golf Course: “GAZA IS NOT FOR SALE”

Pictures and videos from the action are available here

Drone footage free to use – with credit to Hassan Ghani, Freelance Journalist

Palestine Action have struck overnight to wreck the ‘Trump Turnberry’ golf course, in response to the American administration’s plans and threats to destroy, ethnically cleanse, and ‘take over’ the Palestinian Gaza Strip.

After entering the 800-acre resort, activists painted in 3-metre-high letters, “GAZA IS NOT FOR SALE” across the lawn of the South Ayrshire course. Making the popular opposition to Trump’s intentions clear, activists spray painted the club house and dug up the greens including the course’s most prestigious holes – used in numerous Open Championships.

Last night’s action comes as a direct response to the US administration’s stated intent to ethnically cleanse Gaza. Having laid out his plans to “clean out the whole thing” and forcibly displace its population [1], the US President last week published an AI video advertising his plans for the Strip, which included himself and the génocidaire Netanyahu, shirtless, drinking at the ‘Trump Gaza’ resort [2].

The proposed ethnic cleansing of Gaza and the forcible transfer of the Palestinian population would constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity. And while Trump threatens to kill all of Gaza’s 2m population – “To the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are DEAD” [3] – his administration is, simultaneously, preparing its plans for Israeli annexation of the Palestinian West Bank [4].

A spokesperson from Palestine Action has stated:
“Palestine Action rejects Donald Trump’s treatment of Gaza as though it were his property to dispose of as he likes. To make that clear, we have shown him that his own property is not safe from acts of resistance. We will continue to take action against US-Israeli colonialism in the Palestinian homeland.”

The action comes shortly after the Trump administration signed off on the shipment of 40,000 bombs to Israel [5], including thousands of the bunker-buster bombs of the type which have been used to “vaporise” dozens of Palestinians in single attacks [6].

Trump’s previous term saw him draw ever-closer links with Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest weapons company and Palestine Action’s primary target, relying on them heavily for maintaining his militarised US-Mexico border wall [7]. As a final favour to his partners, one of the last acts of his first term was ensuring that Elbit Systems of America was able to complete a legally-dubious takeover of a naval technology firm [8].

NOTES TO EDITORS

Palestine Action is a direct-action network of groups and individuals operating to end complicity in occupation, apartheid, and genocide in Palestine. The principle target of Palestine Action’s campaign is Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest weapons company, which has been forced to close numerous arms factories due to relentless efforts.

Palestine activists occupy Allianz in City of London

Corporation continues to provide insurance for Israeli arms company Elbit

Protesters from Palestine Action this morning scaled the canopy above the entrance to Allianz Commercial in the City of London, and doused the building in red paint. Yesterday, a drone displayed the Palestinian flag above the Allianz Twickenham Stadium during the England v Italy rugby match, part of the Six Nations tournament.

Allianz provides insurance for and invests in Elbit Systems, Israel’s biggest weapons supplier and manufacturer of over 85% of Israel’s drones. In January, a report by Declassified confirmed that Elbit had continued to directly supply Israel with weapons from Britain throughout the genocide in Gaza.

Drone disruption at Twickenham

At the end of January, coordinated actions targeted 15 Allianz premises in the UK, Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands, where windows were smashed and buildings were covered in red paint. In October 2024, the group occupied the rooftop of the insurer’s British head office in Guildford.

On the ground, the ceasefire declared on 20 January has been repeatedly breached by the Israeli military in Gaza. Over the last days, Trump’s special advisors have sidelined Israel and started direct negotiations with Hamas.

Athens: Greece: Smashing front windows in multiple supermarkets ,and 1 ATM Bank in Athens by Next door sledgehammers.

What is a broken window doing on the pavement early in the morning? What does the anti-theft in the honey have to do with the control and shaping of our desires? Why aren’t discount offers another solution?

When the questions increase, sometimes you need to break down the wall that separates you from the necessary answers. And if the wall is made of glass, all the better.

The truth is we are impatient. We cannot wait for prices to fall on their own, nor for the state to stop selling us garbage and for supermarkets to serve it to us. However, we just as impatiently long for the smiles of people who do not find the “unexpected” answer to this regime of double poverty. Who turn up to work in the morning, and are happy to see the frightened faces of the scumbags who profit from our food when their property is affected.
We urge that the discontent be found in the shallow, ordinary, everyday exploitation and boredom of capitalist labour. Not in the organization of labour against its bosses. That the ways of creating and meeting needs become common. That we will not forever depend on others in order to live.

The “good” that you can neither buy nor steal, degraded in quality and standardized, nevertheless becomes the dominant object of our desire. Security systems, magnets, cameras, double glazing protect the things we need to live.

Having no direct connection to our basic needs, such as food and body care, we bind our desire to the greedy appetites of the state and the bosses.

Our imagination finds it difficult to free itself from the objects we lack. No matter how much prices rise, we will need supermarkets if we do not take charge of organizing our lives and our needs. We are breaking their windows so that we do not get used to death in stores. In the production-consumption chain, the windows that do not break have our bodies as commodities.
We choose to keep faith in communities that work for the self-evident, which are not related to those of harm and profit. For relationships that do not depend on intermediaries, agents and generally assholes who impose on us how to live.

On Wednesday 18/12 and Thursday 19/12 we carried out a barrage, smashing up the front windows of supermarkets and 1 ATM in the following neighbourhoods of Athens: Glyfada, Kaisariani, Zografou, Kato Patisia, Ilisia, Chalandri, Kypseli

“A better world, better for all” – Taking responsibility for arson attack on COSMOTE van – Kyriakos X. always present by Anarchists (Athens,Greece)

Taking responsibility for arson attack on COSMOTE van -Hellenic (Telecommunications Organisation S.A)
Kyriakos X. always present

Technology plays a primary role in shaping the modern dystopia. Human contact has been replaced by online interaction, which is based on the construction and promotion of a self-image aimed at strengthening fragile self-confidence, which ends up being ephemeral and dependent on an insatiable need for reassurance. Personal relationships have degraded completely and total alienation is prevalent. At the same time, technology, as a pillar of capitalism, creates artificial needs through systematized advertising propaganda, which is becoming increasingly effective with the use of profile personalization tools. It promotes consumption of material goods as a purpose in itself and as an idea of personal fulfillment.

Beyond the alienation and degradation it brings, technology, being a
loyal servant of the states’ interests, strengthens their repressive
mechanisms. Europe, citing the fear of invisible and visible enemies
that it itself has given birth to and nurtured, implements emergency
policies and fortifies the war and “defense” industry (army, police,
telecommunications and surveillance software manufacturing companies, artificial intelligence cameras, geolocation devices, etc.). Thus, the OTE Group, as an offshoot of the “defense” industry, has contributed in practice to the shielding of Fortress Europe, by designing and developing the technological infrastructure of Frontex and eu-LISA, making it an accomplice in the murders of immigrants at the borders and the strengthening of anti-immigration policy. At the same time, it participates in the normalization of surveillance, collecting and generously offering our data to the state mechanism, thus fulfilling the role of the ruffian.

We oppose this technological totalitarianism that determines the terms of our existence and seeks to turn us into obedient consumers, peaceful citizens who serve the doctrine of “law and order” and to subject us to the virtual reality of fictitious needs and ephemeral relationships. We seek to free ourselves from the shackles of technocratic reality and prioritize the establishment of unmediated and substantial comrade relationships. We prioritize direct actions as a total breakdown with the existent. That is why on Wednesday 19/2/25 we carried out an arson attack on a COSMOTE van ( Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation S.A.) in Kaisariani, carrying out a symbolic strike against technology and everything it stands for.

This action is dedicated to the anarchist comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris who fell fighting in the social and class war. Kyriakos will remain forever engraved in our memory and will accompany us at every instant of disobedience.

Athens 28/2: Law & Order lost control for few hours (Greece)

May be 500.000 people followed calls from leftist, communist, anarchist groups, student collectives, the relatives of the Tempi victims, the calls for general strike from unions, the calls from organized football hooligans, to join a gathering at Syntagma Square in the center of Athens. see one of the many calls https://athens.indymedia.org/post/1634333/ Biggest gathering since long time. The crowd took over the surrounding avenues from 9 o clock in the morning until early evening. Also participating, voters of ND government, nationalists and few nazis, which got beaten up in between.

The conflict escalated in the last weeks between survivors, relatives of Tempi masscre and the Government about the reasons for the explosion of the commercial train, which collided with the passenger train, two years ago. Allready a month ago, Syntagma saw a huge gathering and exchange of hostility with MAT.

Society is demanding truth and justice, the State offers stupid attempts to cover up the responsibilities. It was anounced to deploy 5.000 police officers for 28. february in Athens to controll the situation, but authorities failed to mobilize them. Because all other cities had demonstrations the same day.

Immediately after the speeches by the relatives had concluded, some hundred people found themselves together and attacked police forces, which guarded the parliament. Some dozens of people decided to seek shelter behind the police forces – after shouting 2 hours “Murderers, Murderers” to them. Other people did not agree with the riots. Many people joined the riots. When the media again calls us provocateurs, the reality on Friday was different. The rioters were part of society. People from all kind of age, gender and “nationality” participated.

The marble steps of the Grande Bretagne Luxury hotel were broken with hammers to pelt stones at the riot police, which were positioned on the grounds of Parliament. After half an hour, more MAT forces managed to clear Syntagma for a while, many people went home. But still big crowds moved in the center, building barricades around Omonia and clashing with police.

Ministry of Citizen Protection said the hooded individuals were members of an active group in the anarchist/anti-authoritarian space, which in previous days had been calling for an “insurrection” on the occasion of Friday’s general strike and rally. Regime media says “other groups of protesters on Syntagma Square began to participate in the rioting, resulting in a momentary loss of control on the part of the police.”

A bigger group of the demonstration was resisting on Syngrou Avenue against the water canons, using marble stones from ancient monuments and attacking the police forces, which guarded the HQ of Hellenic Train. Earlier this morning 25 members of Rouvikonas got arrested on the roof of this building for a bannder drop.
At afternoon people returned to Syntagma for the next round of confrontations. Even if a majority was demonstrating peacefull, the State is loosing ground, if 15% of the metropolis population takes to the streets. Police subsequently said that they made 66 arrests during the day and that 29 officers were injured.

Surprise Action by Zapatistas Six Years after the Murder of Samir Flores

Mexico City | Desinformémonos: “The murderers of comrade Samir are still free and governing,” reads one of the banners that the support bases of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation (EZLN) raised this morning in Chiapas, in protest of the six years since the murder of Samir Flores Soberanes, Nahua defender and communicator from Amilcingo and one of the most visible faces in the struggle against the Morelos Integral Project (PIM).

In the early hours of this February 22nd, thousands of Zapatista men and women went out with candles and banners to join the Global Day of “Justice for Samir Flores Soberanes!” and denounce the impunity that prevails in the crime, perpetrated on February 20th, 2019 in Amilcingo, a day after the defender questioned the Hugo Erick Flores in a public meeting and pointed out the negative impacts of the federal megaproject.

“Is it right that we are asking for justice from the one who ordered his death? Are they going to imprison themselves, judge themselves and punish themselves? Today it is the Fourth Transformation, but before, how much impunity was there and how much impunity will there be from now on?” questioned the Zapatistas in a statement, which they distributed in the streets during this morning’s protest, broadcast by Los Tercios Compas.

While lighting the path with candles and raising banners with slogans such as “The 4T is advancing on the second floor of impunity,” “The justice we need will come from below, to the left and in common” and “How many eras and generations are we going to wait for there to be truth and justice?”, the Zapatista support bases also shouted slogans to denounce the government’s participation in the murder of Samir Flores and to vindicate the defender’s struggle.

“Samir fought with courage, the common people remember you with rebellion,” “Justice for comrade Samir, the people will build it in common ,” “If Obrador was a traitor, Claudia is and will be worse,” shouted the women and men support bases, who accused the federal government of being responsible for the community division.

“Behind those from whom we demand justice is the real culprit who ordered the murder, they are the transnational drug businessmen because they want the Morelos Integral Project (PIM),” the Zapatistas reiterated. For this reason, they insisted that justice for Samir Flores is in the hands of the people in the city, the countryside, the streets, the colonies and the neighborhoods. This Saturday’s protest is part of the global day that began on February 19th in various communities and cities in Mexico and the world to remember the Nahua defender, denounce the impunity in the case and demand punishment for those responsible.

Protesters stage sit-in outside Barnard dean’s office

February 26, 2025

Dozens of protesters staged a sit-in outside Barnard Dean Leslie Grinage’s office in Milbank Hall the afternoon of Wednesday calling for the “immediate reversal” of two student expulsions. The protesters dispersed at around 10:30 p.m. with a tentative agreement to meet with Grinage and Barnard President Laura Rosenbury on Thursday.

Protesters spent over six hours in Milbank, demanding that Grinage meet with them publicly and “accept the appeals of our expelled students.” They demanded that all Columbia and Barnard students involved in the sit-in receive amnesty and that the University not pursue disciplinary action for the sit-in.

Columbia University Apartheid Divest wrote in a Wednesday Instagram post that the protesters were demanding Barnard “reverse the expulsions” of two Barnard students whom CUAD wrote had been expelled for their participation in the Jan. 21 disruption of the class History of Modern Israel.

A flyer posted on the wall inside Milbank addressed to Grinage and Rosenbury listed four demands, including an “immediate reversal of the two Barnard students’ expulsions,” “amnesty for all students disciplined for pro-Palestine action or thought,” “a public meeting” with Rosenbury and Grinage, and “abolition of the corrupt Barnard disciplinary process and complete transparency” for disciplinary proceedings.

“Today, we are here to demand Dean Grinage accept the appeals of our expelled students, REINSTATING THEM IMMEDIATELY and ABOLISHING THE CARCERAL DISCIPLINARY SYSTEM,” CUAD’s statement on Instagram read.

As of Thursday, over 110,000 people have signed letters to the Barnard administration demanding that the expulsions be reversed.

“We have taken the administration completely off guard! They will have no peace until we have justice,” the caption of CUAD’s Instagram post on Wednesday read.

Shortly after the protest started, a Barnard employee closed the main entrance to Milbank.

“We will be hosting democratic assemblies regularly throughout the sit-in for collective decision making,” the Wednesday CUAD post read. “This space is ours as long as we’re here, take back our university.”

Protesters spelled out “For Hind” with masking tape on the door of the dean’s office. In April 2024, protesters occupied Hamilton Hall and called it “Hind’s Hall” after Hind Rajab, a six-year-old Palestinian girl killed by the Israeli military in January 2024.

Barnard told faculty members who had classes in Milbank after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday to either cancel or relocate, according to an email sent to faculty obtained by Spectator.

Throughout the sit-in, protesters pasted stickers and taped up papers and pictures on the wall. “We will burn it all down for our students,” “Long live Hind’s Hall,” and “Dean Grinage is a fascist” were some of the many messages written on the walls using markers and paint pens.

Protesters also covered up cameras with masking tape, which Community Accountability, Response, and Emergency Services responders removed at around 8 p.m.

Running a Bail Fund: An Introduction

“This documentation is intended to share knowledge
about operating a bail fund to support protestors. While
it discusses legal, jail, and prison support, bail is the
primary focus. Our experience is around operating a bail
fund for protestors arrested at a series of related protests.
We are not experienced with running a permanent bail
fund for a broader range of arrestees, although much of
guide is applicable beyond supporting protestors.”

Spain: Ghespe arrested in Spain and taken to Soto del Real prison to await extradition

A few days ago we learned from the media of the regime that the anarchist Salvatore Vespertino (Ghespe) was arrested in Spain, in Madrid, on February 15th during a police control. The comrade was transferred to the prison of Soto del Real in Madrid and did not oppose extradition to Italy, which should take place before long.

Ghespe, untraceable and wanted since 2023, had been sentenced on appeal in the context of the so-called “Panico” trial for the action against the [fascist] bookshop “Il Bargello” (Florence, January 1, 2017), a place linked to Casapound. The device exploded in a cop’s hands causing serious injuries, among which the loss of an eye and a good part of one hand. The sentence of the court of cassation of July 2023 confirmed the appeal sentences, among which 8 years for Ghespe, who had already spent a long period imprisoned on remand.

City of Giannena,Greece: Attack Barrage: KYRIAKOS XYMITIRIS PRESENTE ,by anarchist cell for the diffusion of hostilities

comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris, we carried out the following actions in the city of Ioannina.

On November 16, destruction of the Piraeus ATM outside the Tax Office.
On November 21, destruction of the facade of the “Hotel Kallari”, now a property of the Kahrimanis family, purchased with 800 thousands, initial capital from the wondrous fortune of the Regional Governor Alexandros Kahrimanis.
On New Year’s Eve, vandalism/painting at the ATMs of the National Bank and Piraeus Bank at the Mosque area

The existence of the state presupposes the monopolistic exercise of
violence, let alone in the rebelled consciousnesses that practically challenge it. We therefore consider revolutionary memory to be of crucial importance, creating cracks in the bourgeois normality.

We do not forget the dead and the prisoners of the social war.

After the explosion of the apartment in Ampelokipi and the arrest of the anarchist comrade Marianna M., the cops launched a manhunt, arresting D.Z., D. and later N.R. using the pretext of his fingerprint on a bag found in the apartment. The ball is then thrown to the paid scum of the media, thus strengthening their continuous struggle forming the propaganda of the public opinion, against the armed struggle (with the well-known, media witch hunt). We have the first word for our comrades.
We propose the aggressive solidarity until we all find ourselves
