Lawrenceville business Ernst Concrete whose trucks were burned says it’s not pouring concrete foundation for ‘Cop City’

“Ernst Concrete would like to correct some of the inaccurate information that is being circulated in the media,” the company said in a statement.

“Ernst Concrete is not the concrete foundation company for the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center. At the request of one of Ernst Concrete’s local customers, Ernst Concrete supplied two loads of concrete for the roadway surrounding the project.”

pictured here is Ernst Concrete onsite prior to the arson attack pouring the curbing for the training facility

Ernst Concrete through this statement wants to make it known and clear that it will not be pouring any more concrete for the Atlanta Police Foundation.

Brent Scarborough, the subcontractor under Brassfield and Gorrie, has yet to make the same decision.
Brassfield and Gorrie, after an onslaught of attacks against their equipment,

“have told the Atlanta Police Foundation and the city that if more their equipment gets torched they’ll pull out of the job”.

Make Contractors Afraid Again

On the night of November 13th we set fire to 6 Ernst Concrete trucks at 553 Seaboard Industrial Drive. Ernst is pouring the foundation for Cop City. This site, like so many others, is completely unguarded.

Front-pouring cement mixing trucks have large rear engine compartments which can be accessed without opening any doors. We placed incendiary devices and kindling near the engine block, the fuel tank behind it, and the double rear tires. We encourage further experimentation with incindiary placement.

There was a time when contractors were afraid to take on this project. If we can make the cost of the contract greater than the profit, they will drop it. Sneaking around at night is fun and burning shit is cool.

A Reportback from Block Cop City, November 13th

Verily, hearken! Ye noble souls, to a chronicle of strange valour and uncanny strif unfurling in the realmes of Atlanta faire, where discordant murmures and otherworldlie clashes paint a scene akin to battles fought ‘twixt realms beyonde ken.

In Atlanta’s domain, wher the sunne’s light doth cast an eerye glow, a bande, numbering more than foure hundred, embarkèd upon the thorowfares. Their voices akin to a tempest, opposing the eerie construct named Atlanta Public Safety Training Center. ‘Halt Cop City!’ they thunderèd, invoking the spectral memory of Tortuguita, lost to enigmatik forces in bygone days.

Clad in masks, goggles, and curious garb shielding against tearful vapors, undaunted they trodd, presenting an uncanny sight to the custodians of law. A tumult arose as officers, in riotous array, repellèd their advance with tearful vapors and resounding thunders, a dissonance echoing from otherworldly spheres.

Yet within the heartes of these marchers, the flame of defiance flickerèd undiminisht. Some, swathed in protective sheaths, hurlèd canisters of mysterious essence against their oppressors. Amidst clamor and perplexing clashes, the spirit of otherworldlie rebellion soared.

Gregory Todd, a local of peculiar insight, perceivèd the need for safetie yet echoèd the unearthly concerns of dissenters, pondering the strange turmoil within the community’s realm. ‘Safetie remains paramount,’ he declared, contemplatyng the cryptic sanctitie of our abodes in these bizarre times.

Banner Drops in Ypsilanti & Ann Arbor in Solidarity with Stop Cop City

A banner hanging from a roof in downtown Ann Arbor which reads "Free Palestine, Stop Cop City"

Last night we dropped a banner in downtown Ann Arbor reading “Free Palestine, Stop Cop City” in solidarity with the Block Cop City Week of Action and with Palestinians everywhere.

The genocide of Palestinians is directly supported by the Atlanta Police Foundation and all cops defending it. These two struggles are connected. The unmitigated violence of Cop City as well as the IDF will be brought “home” to be used against us if the need arises. No to settler colonialism, no to cop city!
A black flag on a police monument flagpole which reads "ACAB"
We also improved a local police monument by hoisting a black flag reading “ACAB” in place of some thin blue line trash, to make them mad and make us laugh.

Love and rage to everyone throwing down to stop cop city, and to everyone fighting for life against domination.

STATEMENT FROM 12 OF 61 RICO CO-DEFENDANTS: Anarchism Must Not Be Criminalized

This statement was written before the Al-aqsa Flood, during which Palestinian fighters broke through the fence around the open-air prison known as the Gaza strip in 29 locations. We condemn Israel in the strongest terms, & support the liberation of the Palestinian people. We know that the same weapons and tactics that have been and continue to be used to colonize Palestine have been and continue to be used to colonize Turtle Island, as we can see in the GILEE Program (Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange) where the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) soldiers share “best practices” with police in Georgia. The proposed  Cop City [in Atlanta] will be the military base from which the occupation of Atlanta is furthered, and we oppose their progression of the genocidal project  known as the United States.
This RICO indictment is an attempt by the state to not only criminalize dissent, but a specific set of ideas which leads to dissent and offers an alternative framework to the state and capitalism. Anarchism, solidarity, mutual aid, and collectivism are specifically named in the indictment to make people afraid of these ideas, when the only people who are actually afraid of these collective ways of organizing are the politicians, cops, and corporations who seek to preserve their absolute power over humanity. If we had ways of living more collectively, satisfied our needs through mutual aid, and had solidarity with each other, people may realize they don’t need the state or capitalism, and they may realize that the greatest causes of human suffering and barriers to freedom and security are the state and capitalism. The state wants us to be atomized consumers who cannot survive without selling ourselves to someone wealthier than us, who rely on alienating, impersonal judicial systems and violence from a gang of armed outsiders to resolve our conflicts, who outsource the production of our food to invisibIlized, mostly non-white, non-citizen laborers, and who outsource our decisions to a corrupt, unaccountable politician class. The state wants us to be terrified and paralyzed into allowing the continuation of its sordid legacy through the land grab, the plantation, and the prison farm which haunts the Weelaunee forest and all the state’s territories to this day. This critical analysis of the state is an important part of anarchism, and it is what the state and corporate media want to scare us away from and criminalize.

Gallons of rotten food left in LS3P elevator in Savannah

LS3P is the architecture firm contracted by the Atlanta Police Foundation to design Cop City, with offices in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. On Wednesday September 6th, the day after Fulton County indicted 61 forest defenders on ridiculous racketeering charges, we took it upon ourselves to remind LS3P that the fact that they are profiting from the political repression of forest defenders will not be tolerated or forgotten.

We assembled during LS3P’s business hours and walked straight into their Savannah office on Congress Street in broad daylight. We read them our indictment of their involvement in the Cop City project so there was no mistaking why we were there.

A few people in our crew staged a die-in while others read the letter.

Inspired by the actions of forest defenders who scattered rotten shrimp at an Atlanta Police Department recruitment event in Manhattan, we decided to pull our own shenanigans. As we left, we dumped many gallons of rotting food in the elevator, leaving it to LS3P to explain the stench as the elevator circulated the putrid smell to every floor of the building LS3P shares with other businesses.

This entire action took less than five minutes. LS3P employees threatened to call the police, but we never saw a cop in the process.

We dream of a world without political repression where we can change the systems we live in without risking the violence of the police and prisons. But as long as repression against strong movements is as inevitable as the decay of our food scraps, we will be here like the microorganisms that turn death into new life, using it to grow our power.

Plumbing Sabotaged at Nationwide Office

In Hilton Head, SC I dumped half a bag of fast drying concrete (“quikrete”) into the toilet of Jeff Ware Insurance, a subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance. I agitated the mixture with the plunger to make sure it all got wet and then I flushed the mixture. It was already starting to back up when I left. if everything goes as hoped, the rest of the concrete will dry in the pipes of the building, causing thousands in damage to the system.

As of February of this year, Nationwide provides coverage for the Atlanta Police Foundation. I took this simple action to encourage them to drop Cop City. I strongly encourage others to copy this action. Other Nationwide subsidiaries near you can be found here: https://agency.nationwide.com/search

A Note on the Upcoming Block Cop City Action:

I am going to be there. Greetings to the wild ones who will also come. I just do not believe the entire weekend will go off without chaos. while I do not intend to go against the intentions of the main event organizers, and I hope the big action goes according to plan, but if the police freak out, I want to be there to see what happens next.
