They Doxxed Us, We Dox Them

Atlanta Committee for Progress

 Names and Addresses

On September 29, the Fulton County Clerk’s office scanned and uploaded the signatures, names, and full legal addresses of 116,000 civilians. These are the identities of a large number of people who signed a petition to convene a referendum on the future of Cop City. This process is being illegally suppressed by the government. While the Dickens administration and his lawyers use every legal trick they can to delay the referendum process, Brasfield & Gorrie and their subcontractors (thanks to money provided by Cadence Bank and the Atlanta City Council), are erecting barbed wire fence around Weelaunee. They are planning to move forward with construction no matter what the law says.

We are releasing the identities and addresses of the Atlanta Committee for Progress. This Committee represents the most influential and corrupt industrial and corporate interests in the state of Georgia. The Atlanta Way, as the governing ethos of the region is commonly known, is to their primary benefit. They coordinate contracts and mega projects with local Black officials in exchange for extractive profits and unlimited privatization. They are the white power behind the Black face of municipal politics. This movement must destroy their influence in regional affairs.

They are being targeted because the Mayor’s office surely prompted the Clerk to “accidentally” release the addresses of the signatories. Since they control the Mayor, we are targeting them directly. If the City Council cannot reign in the Mayor, maybe the ACP can. We will give them some pressure to do so.

Anyone who knows the home address of the Fulton County Clerk should publish that information.

We cannot allow our movement to be attacked directly without responding, even if we do not believe in the referendum process per se.

It is clear that the Mayor has lost his mind. Even his own Councilpeople are admitting that he rules like a monarch or dictator. He must step down. If he will not go willingly, he must be removed by other means. For that, we need to continue to increase participation in this bold and uncompromising movement without falling into chauvinistic sectarianism or political opportunism. We can’t expect apolitical civilians to fight against abstractions alone. They must learn step by step with their own experiences. Something they care about (their right to vote) is being attacked. We must turn this into a moment of popular education about the true function of the state, the violent reality behind the glimmering veneer of consent and democracy.

Not for petty vengeance or individual fulfillment — for the social revolution!
All together, step by step.

An Incomplete Index of Documents Referenced in the #StopCopCity RICO Indictment

(666)    On or about 9/11 weekend, JOHN FOWLER’S EVIL AGENDER TWIN, along with unindicted co-conspirators that are unknown to the Grand Jury, did submit a post to scenes.noblogs.org listing several dozen pieces of online propaganda that were quoted or cited in the recently released #StopCopCity RICO indictment with web links and page numbers from the indictment, thereby contributing to Defend the Atlanta Forest’s efforts to promote its extremist political agenda, legitimize its behavior, and recruit new members. This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

Olympia: Night Time Attack on Cop City Funder Subsidiary

On the night of September 9th a small band assembled to carry out an attack on an Arby’s in Westside St̕č̓as (so-called Olympia). The crew convened in the shadows near the target. Anxious at first, a shooting star blesses our action and we don the black masks. We briskly walk to the target, confirm we are still in, set a thirty second timer, tag it and smash the windows and disperse. In, out, no arrests.

This target was chosen as CEO Paul Brown of its owning and franchising company, Inspire Brands LLC, sits on the board of directors of the Atlanta Police Foundation (APF) who are behind the funding and political push for the urban warfare training ground and mass deforestation project known as Cop City. We take this small action against Cop City and its world and send love to those resisting the beast of police militarization in ATL.

Also, just in general, fuck Arby’s.

Targets are everywhere, take aim and strike.
And remember, It’s Easy to Attack!

Rail Sabotage at July 2023 WOA

During the last week of action in Atlanta, some of us sabotaged various parts of Norfolk Southern’s rail infrastructure on the outskirts of the city. Norfolk Southern is one of Cop City’s funders.

1. We set fire to a signal box by cutting the lock with bolt cutters, stuffing the box with dried pine needles and trash, and lighting a road flare.

2. We disabled another signal box by cutting the lock with bolt cutters, lighting two fireworks held together with tape, and shutting the door of the box with fireworks inside.

3. We connected the rails with a set of jumper cables to signal a blockage on the track to be cleared. The actions were simple and unsurveilled.

More experimentation is needed to see if this actually stops or delays trains. That is the main reason we have waited until now to claim this action. But it certainly cost Norfolk Southern money, and that’s better than nothing. Our original intent was not propaganda of the deed, but to cause economic harm. However, in light of the recent RICO charges, we realized that people might need a little encouragement on how to respond. Norfolk Southern owns and operates many railroads across the country east of the Mississippi.

The best defense is a strong offense!

Vertiv Corporation Trucks Set On Fire in Milwaukie, OR

Last week, to commemorate the International Week of Solidarity with Anarchist Prisoners, under the cover of darkness a small incendiary device was placed on the wheel arc of a Vertiv truck located on the edge of a sleepy office park in Milwaukie OR. The delay was lit before we disappeared back into the forest

Understanding the RICO Charges in Atlanta: A Sweeping Indictment Seeks to Criminalize Protest Itself

Since the beginning of 2023, prosecutors in Georgia have threatened to charge activists protesting against a planned police militarization facility known as “Cop City” with violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Last week, Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr indicted 61 people on RICO charges in Fulton County.

In indiscriminately lumping together scores of arrestees, many of whom have ostensibly never met, into a fabricated conspiracy case, the prosecution is attempting to criminalize protest itself. This case represents politically driven repression aimed at suppressing all forms of activism and dissent, in the style of Vladimir Putin. It should be of interest to anyone who is concerned about civil liberties such as the freedom to protest or the freedom to advocate against police brutality and authoritarianism or in favor of preserving the environment.

The indictment does not seem to indicate that prosecutors have any previously unreleased information at their disposal indicating the existence of a conspiracy, in the sense that the word is ordinarily employed. Rather, they have brought new charges against those whose names they already had as the result of previous arrests, and are now clumsily endeavoring to frame them as participants in a cohesive criminal enterprise.

The defendants include 42 people already charged with “terrorism” for allegedly participating in the movement to #StopCopCity, many of them on the basis of actions as simple as entering a forest or posting to social media; three more people already charged with felonies for allegedly distributing handbills; and another three people charged last May with “money laundering” and other crimes for organizing legal support for activists.

The only thing that connects all of these indictees is that they all appear to have been arrested or detained at some point, however randomly, on suspicion of protesting against the government’s plan to destroy the Weelaunee Forest.

Chase Bank and ATMs Vandalized in Southeast Michigan

here in so-called southeast Michigan, it was too freakin hot on the night of the 4th so we decided to take to the streets for mischief, and what did we find but a Chase Bank with plenty of good-sized windows and atms!
we decided to redecorate. we glued the ATMs shut and spray-painted the windows, and used acid-etch paint to write messages of resistance like DROP COP CITY and VIVA TORTUGUITA!
we think that your stupid bank looks MUCH better now. down with beige minimalism! up with the spirit of resistance!
it was the best fourth of july we’ve ever spent.

chase, if you don’t drop the Cop City project, we will rain down more destruction upon you and your buildings.

death to america!
death to banks everywhere!
STOP COP CITY!
